We are experiencing continuous growth and are looking to hire an experienced Retail Administrator with strong leadership and comprehensive operational management capabilities. **Job Description:** We are seeking an Administrator with exceptional organizational ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills who can serve as direct support to the General Administrator and supervise the proper operational functioning of the company’s various departments and stores. We seek a candidate with retail experience, personnel management expertise, and multitasking coordination abilities—capable of making decisions, resolving incidents, and maintaining efficient internal communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor the performance of regional managers and store administrators. * Manage and approve internal documentation, reports, and operational incidents. * Coordinate regularly with departments including HR, Accounting, Wholesale Sales, and Retail Sales. * Provide direct operational and administrative support to the General Administrator. * Supervise information flow between stores, kiosks, and headquarters. * Resolve operational issues and make rapid decisions in response to incidents. * Monitor team adherence to responsibilities, processes, and objectives. * Prepare reports for management and track key performance indicators. * Simultaneously coordinate administrative, operational, and organizational matters. * Maintain control and order over documentation, processes, and internal communication. * Availability to conduct occasional store or kiosk visits in Lima or other provinces, as required by operational needs. Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative, supervisory, or coordination roles. * Mandatory retail experience, store management, or multi-location supervision. * Proven experience leading work teams and managing personnel. * Preferred experience supervising multiple stores, kiosks, or sales points. * Leadership capability, sound judgment, and conflict resolution skills. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. * Excellent communication, organizational, and operational follow-up skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and initiative-driven profile. * Availability to travel or conduct occasional visits as operationally required. Working Hours: * Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Work Location: San Borja, Lima.
