Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Cargo Assistant to receive, transport, load, unload, and organize goods in an airport environment. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and development AIR CARGO ASSISTANT – TALMA CyL Consulting is currently recruiting personnel for the position of Air Cargo Assistant at TALMA, with work location in Callao – Jorge Chávez International Airport. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, transport, load, and unload goods and packages. * Assist in handling and organizing air cargo. * Perform cargo loading and unloading activities. * Verify and prepare cargo according to established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with airport safety regulations and procedures. * Support the cargo team leader in operational activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in cargo, warehousing, production, loading, or operational tasks is preferred but not mandatory. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to work in Callao. * Physical capability to perform manual labor and operational tasks.
