




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen professional for preparing cold and hot dishes, maintaining hygiene, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of hygiene standards and quality control ***PROFILE:*** * Experience in preparing cold and hot dishes. * Experience using cutting tools, kitchen utensils, and oven trays and containers. * Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grill, oven, boiling, etc.). * Ability to follow all sanitary procedures. * Ability to work in a team. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent physical condition and stamina. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment. * Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.). * Cook food using various utensils or grills. * Monitor food while cooking to stir or flip as needed. * Ensure excellent presentation by decorating dishes before serving. * Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. * Ensure all food and other products are stored appropriately. * Check ingredient quality. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders when supplies run low, among other duties.
