We are looking for a skilled, loyal, responsible, and eager-to-learn individual who can support technical and administrative tasks related to projects.** **Requirements** * Curriculum Vitae * Copy of valid DNI * Certificate of studies confirming completion of university studies * If a bachelor’s degree holder, copy of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering **Skills** * Proactive * Loyal * Organized * Responsible * Team player **Job Responsibilities** * Preparation of construction drawings: architecture, structures, sanitary installations, and electrical systems. * Support as a real estate agent in property management and tracking. * Assistance in preparing Civil Defense (ITSE) files. * Execution of pre-ITSE and support on SSOMA-related matters. * Preparation of calculation reports for fire protection systems: fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and fire water systems. * Assistance in construction site supervision. * Support in processing factory declarations, land subdivisions, and property independence procedures. * Support in structural calculations and soil studies. * Conducting architectural surveys and boundary rectifications. * Support in property consolidation. * Preparation of plans for SEDAPAL and ENEL. * Support in obtaining construction permits. * Support in interior design and urban planning. * Support in real estate appraisal work (appraiser expert). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Residence Requirement:** * Must reside in the San Juan de Lurigancho district or adjacent areas. **Selection Process:** * An initial virtual interview will be conducted (via Zoom or Google Meet). * Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will proceed to an in-person interview. **Please submit the required documents via WhatsApp to:** 919 700 053 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
