Position Summary: Responsible for supporting commercial and promotional activities, with emphasis on data analysis and report generation for the Trade department. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion coordination and inventory management Responsible for supporting commercial activities from an operational perspective, with emphasis on analysis and report generation for the Trade department.**RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Commercial** * Responsible for coordinating the shipment of samples from the CD to the office for inventory purposes * Support in receiving, sorting, registering, storing, and distributing seasonal samples in showrooms * Entering weekly sell-out sales data from KAMs into the Dashboard for subsequent analysis and report generation * Generating reports requested by the Trade department * Entering sales quota file information into the Weekly Report * Tracking the submission of store suggestions provided by KAMs and communicating them to Trade **Promotion Support** * Entering information into the Promoters Dashboard and Supervisors Dashboard regarding customer acquisition evaluations, written evaluation scores, and other assessments for subsequent analysis * Updating promoter store assignments * Recording daily attendance for payroll processing and confirming absences * Managing records (documents) for justified leave requests due to store closures, justified late arrivals, and various other permissions, and physically delivering them every Monday * Maintaining the uniform inventory ledger * Coordinating the ordering of uniform shoes for new hires from the CD **Other Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge: Commercial area * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions \- preferably within the RETAIL industry * Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and to create and interpret bar charts * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data dashboard tools * Proficiency with various computer systems and software This job posting is open to persons with disabilities.
