Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage and control inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and generating key reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily inventory movement tracking and stock verification. 2. Preparation of turnover, stock, and product movement reports. 3. Ability to identify discrepancies and analyze root causes in inventories. Required Profile * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel / Full Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Experience in inventory and stock control. * Proficiency in managing and analyzing stock cards (Kardex), receipts, shipments, and merchandise movements. * Experience conducting physical inventories and stock reconciliations. * Ability to identify discrepancies, shortages, and overages. * Preparation of turnover, available stock, and product movement reports. * Proficiency in pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cross-referencing, and database analysis. * Analytical, organized, responsible, and highly detail-oriented individual. Main Responsibilities * Monitor inventory movements on a daily basis. * Verify that physical stock matches system-recorded stock. * Conduct periodic inventories and reconciliations. * Identify discrepancies and analyze their causes. * Prepare stock, turnover, and high/low-movement product reports. * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized inventory records. * Support planning and control of new merchandise intake. 100% on-site work – Ate Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
