A leading company in **digital transformation** is seeking an **IT Asset Manager** to strengthen our **Service Desk** team. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage hardware (HW) and software (SW) inventories across the corporate microcomputer park. * Maintain up-to-date the **asset database covered under service agreements**. * Prepare **monthly reports and metrics** on equipment status. * Propose **improvements and efficient practices** for inventory control. * Administer equipment **onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and assignments**. * Control **Configuration Items (CIs)** and their relationships with incidents and requests. * Coordinate with clients regarding equipment and spare parts **relocations between sites**. **What We Look for in You** * **Technical or university graduate** in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in IT asset or inventory management. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with **ITSM tools**. * Preferred: experience in technical support and physical inventory control. * Must have managed over **5,000 IT assets**. * Must have used **KARDEX**. **Work Conditions** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.** * **Main office location:** Lurín (with shuttle bus service). * Occasional rotation to **San Isidro** and **Miraflores**, as required. **What We Offer** * EPS health insurance coverage. * Monthly **food card**. * Opportunities for **career path and professional development**. * Excellent **work environment** and sense of belonging to a leading digital transformation company. * If you enjoy keeping things organized and seek growth in a challenging technological environment, this role is for you!
