Job Summary: Assemble and maintain computer equipment, resolve user incidents, and assist with network and security camera installation and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Active Directory, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS365 administration 2. Physical maintenance of computer equipment and Level 1 user support 3. Assistance in network cabling and security camera installation JOB OBJECTIVE Assemble and perform physical maintenance of computer equipment, resolve basic user incidents (Level 1\), and assist with installation and monitoring of network cabling and security cameras. A. Hardware and Equipment (Practical Focus) * Diagnose and replace defective physical components through direct elimination (hard drives, RAM, power supplies, network cards). * Assemble standard desktop computers from individual components. * Perform periodic preventive maintenance: physical cleaning of internal components, dust blowing, and thermal paste replacement for PCs and laptops. * Format, clone, and install hard drive/SSD images to prepare new equipment. * Configure basic BIOS/UEFI settings (boot order, date/time, default profiles). B. User Technical Support (Level 1\) * Log and resolve basic end-user incidents. * Enterprise IP printers. * Install and configure base software: Windows 10/11, Office/Microsoft 365 suite, antivirus, and official drivers. * Active Directory administration. * PowerApps and Power Automate administration. * Basic Exchange and Microsoft 365 Administrator management. * Record the physical entry, exit, and location of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and hardware spare parts. * Support onboarding by delivering and setting up the physical workstation for new employees. C. Basic Networking and Cabling * Terminate UTP network cables (RJ45 connectors and female jack connectors) per T568B standard. * Test network point continuity using cable testers (LAN testers). * Organize and perform basic cable management at workstations and assist in physical cleaning of communication racks. D. Security Cameras (CCTV) * Clean security camera lenses/micas and verify their physical orientation. * Assist in physically mounting IP or analog security cameras on ceilings or walls. * Verify that recorders (NVR/DVR) are recording video and report signal loss or storage disk failures to senior staff.
