We are looking for a **Junior Product Analyst (Product Analyst Jr.)** to maximize the value of our technological developments, acting as the key technical-operational bridge that translates market needs and UX/UI designs into strategically aligned functional requirements. **Your main challenges:** * Manage the full product lifecycle (from conception to retirement) and maintain a prioritized and up-to-date *Product Backlog*. * Draft functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, translating business needs into technical language. * Design the end-to-end operational workflow, coordinating activities from marketing to billing across multiple departments. * Monitor KPIs (customer retention, conversion, and churn) and validate concepts through usability testing to propose data-driven improvements. * Lead technical relationships with external vendors and ensure regulatory compliance for digital products. **Who are we looking for?** * Technical graduate or university degree holder in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Power BI, Figma (or similar tools), and methodologies such as Design Thinking. * Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) knowledge is desirable. * Analytical professional with strong adaptability, effective communication skills, and a problem-solving orientation. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment starting on day one under the **General Regime**, including all legally mandated benefits. * Opportunity to join a leading and stable company in the market. * **Work modality:** On-site. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** Rotating schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (approximately once per month).
