At **DECIDE**, a real estate sector company specializing in the development and commercialization of urban development projects, we seek a committed **Lawyer** with solid expertise in urban regulations and the legal regularization of properties, who will contribute to ensuring the legal security of our projects and compliance with current legislation.
**Work Mode:** On-site – Central Lima
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
**Labor Regime:** Small Enterprise

Main Responsibilities
* Provide legal advisory services for urban development processes, physical-legal regularization, and real estate project development.
* Manage and monitor administrative files before municipalities, SUNARP, and other competent authorities.
* Draft, review, and issue legal reports, contracts, minutes, and other documents related to urban development projects.
* Analyze the legal status of properties, verifying registry records, encumbrances, liens, and potential contingencies.
* Coordinate procedures for property segregation, consolidation, subdivision, area correction, and registration of registry acts.
* Supervise compliance with applicable urban, municipal, registry, and territorial planning regulations.
* Provide legal support in obtaining licenses, authorizations, and other administrative procedures related to real estate projects.
* Identify legal risks and propose preventive strategies to ensure the legal viability of projects.
Requirements
* Licensed and registered Lawyer with valid professional license.
* Experience in urban development, physical-legal regularization of properties, and real estate law.
* Knowledge of the Urban Development and Construction Regulation Law, registry and municipal regulations, and administrative procedures.
* Experience handling procedures before SUNARP, municipalities, and other public entities.
* Ability to conduct legal analysis, negotiation, document management, and contingency resolution.
* Excellent legal writing skills and preventive orientation.
