Ability to independently interpret and resolve technical issues At VILAV, we are looking for a responsible, proactive **Maintenance Technician** with solid technical knowledge to guarantee the proper operation of company facilities, equipment, and machinery. **We seek a multifunctional individual**, responsible and proactive, with knowledge in gardening, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, basic maintenance, among others, tasked with preserving facilities in good condition by performing timely and efficient preventive and corrective repairs. - Main Responsibilities * Perform gardening tasks: irrigation, pruning, cleaning, and maintenance of green areas. * Carry out basic masonry work: patching, plastering, painting, and finishing. * Conduct plumbing repairs: leaks, faucets, sanitary fixtures, and pipes. * Perform carpentry work: doors, furniture, shelves, and repairs. * Handle locksmithing tasks: lock replacement, adjustment, and repair. * Perform basic electrical maintenance (as authorized). * Inspect facilities to prevent failures. * Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. * Report completed work and material requirements. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage. * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor ✅ Requirements **Mandatory:** * Technical studies in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate facility maintenance. * Basic electrical installations. * Plumbing. * Minor civil repairs. * Ability to independently interpret and resolve technical issues. * Good physical condition. * Strong sense of responsibility. **Desirable:** * Experience in industrial or textile companies. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health standards. * Experience maintaining maintenance records. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: **MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM (12 hours) — DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS SCHEDULE** * Salary: 2000 * Send your resume or CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * In the subject line, include the position you are applying for.
