This includes gathering information, interviewing witnesses, and identifying root causes. * **Policies and Procedures:** Develop and maintain occupational safety and health policies and procedures. Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to these policies. * **Equipment and Tool Evaluation:** Inspect and assess the safety of equipment and tools used in the workplace.
