Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, design, and implement individual and group treatment plans for children and adolescents, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.

Position: Physical Therapist
**Lima Metropolitan Philanthropic Society – Pérez Araníbar Pediatric Social Program**
Required Profile:
* Technical or university degree in **Physical Therapy**.
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in therapeutic care for children and adolescents.
* At least **6 months of experience** in health centers, NGOs, social programs, or residential institutions.
* Experience working with persons with disabilities, psychomotor delays, or sequelae of abandonment/violence.
Main Responsibilities:
* **Assess** the physical and psychomotor condition of residents.
* **Design and implement** individual or group treatment plans.
* **Apply physical therapy techniques** and motor re-education as prescribed by physicians.
* **Record and monitor** the progress of each resident.
* **Train** caregiving staff on safe mobilization and positioning.
* **Coordinate** with the multidisciplinary team and report progress to the Medical Department.
