If you are passionate about the real estate sector and wish to grow professionally, this is your opportunity! **About the Company** CONFORTA GROUP is a real estate company operating in key residential areas of Lima, specializing in the sale of apartments under construction, off-plan, and ready for immediate delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Personalized customer service and advisory support at sales centers. * Promotion and sale of apartments across various projects. * Lead management and follow-up from our physical and digital channels. * Negotiation and closing of sales. * Reporting on progress and achievement of weekly targets. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical or University degree (completed or in progress). * Sales experience (minimum 1 year – real estate experience preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic knowledge of marketing and sales. * Proactive, communicative, empathetic, and results-oriented. * Availability to work at our sales booths in Surco, San Borja, or Miraflores. **Benefits** * Base salary: S/.1,700 – S/.2,000 (subject to evaluation). * Attractive commissions \+ performance bonuses. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities. * Immediate integration into a solid and well-recognized company in the sector. **Employment Type** * On-site – Full-time. * Work location: Surco, Miraflores, and San Borja.
