Certifications in networking, VPN, and cloud-based services, especially Office 365 and Outlook. Proficiency in Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and MS Office. Two years of verifiable experience in industrial or construction companies. Two years of experience in Help Desk and technical support. Availability to work onsite in San Isidro from Monday to Friday. **Responsibilities:** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our users and resolve support tickets promptly. Install and configure hardware and software (ERP, AutoCAD, S10, SAP, etc.). Configure and maintain laptops, computers, scanners, and other devices; manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for systems such as email, ERP, accounting software, etc. Monitor equipment inventory, licenses, and other assets, maintaining an up-to-date inventory record. Store computing equipment properly in the designated storage area at the main office, ensuring physical protection, traceability, and availability (stock) for future maintenance. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues (e.g., repairs due to deterioration or incorrect user handling, up to determining responsibility and associated costs borne by the user). Ensure connectivity among offices, headquarters, and construction sites; monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation. Provide training and assistance to users on software and hardware usage, mobile phones (Android), and basic technological tools. Participate in projects implementing new systems and technologies (e.g., digitalization of construction processes). Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding technology vendors or external support providers (repairs). Carry out and comply with the preventive maintenance plan and document corrective maintenance activities. Enforce and comply with procedures governing equipment issuance/return and proper usage, security policies, and internal audits.
