Requirements: * Licensed and registered Attorney with valid professional license. * Experience in urban development, physical-legal regularization of properties, and real estate law. * Knowledge of the Urban Development and Construction Regulation Law, registry and municipal regulations, and administrative procedures. * Experience handling procedures before SUNARP, municipalities, and other public entities. * Ability to conduct legal analysis, negotiate, manage documentation, and resolve contingencies. * Excellent legal writing skills and preventive legal orientation.
