REQUIREMENTS: * Technician or graduate in administration, accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 01 year of experience in warehouse and procurement functions for goods and services in the Bodywork, Metal-Mechanical, or Machinery Repair Workshop sector. * Knowledge of warehouse management and optimization. * Knowledge of inventory management or Kardex systems. * Procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise. * Ability to perform physical effort (loading and unloading merchandise). * Aptitude for working with and managing suppliers. * Knowledge of storage systems and material handling. * Must reside in San Juan de Lurigancho, near Jicamarca. FUNCTIONS * Select suppliers considering quality, price, service, and payment terms, ensuring the best cost\-benefit ratio for the company. * Coordinate and validate orders placed with suppliers, ensuring compliance with required specifications. * Supervise receipt of goods and services, verifying that quantities, quality, and agreed prices are met. * Supervise and coordinate storage activities, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of goods. * Organize, distribute, and code warehouse tools and materials. * Update and process records (tool loans, delivery vouchers, PPE withdrawals). * Receive and verify merchandise from suppliers. * Conduct material receipt control. * Receive invoices and/or supporting documentation. * Report minimum stock levels of materials for immediate replenishment. * Verify the proper operational functionality of electric and manual tools before issuing them to operational staff. * Distribute materials assigned to each project. * Prepare comparative charts for supplier selection. * Develop a database of selected suppliers. * Perform direct purchases and collect materials from the supplier’s premises.
