Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience as a Wellness, Culture, Climate, or Employee Experience Analyst, with active involvement in organizing and executing corporate events. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Canva; familiarity with Power BI and SAP as a user is desirable. * HR specialization and knowledge of the Employee Journey are desirable.
