Job Summary: Coordinate and execute wellness activities and events, ensuring their proper implementation and follow-up, and measuring the impact of initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in executing wellness activities and events. 2. Active participation in monitoring health and wellness initiatives. 3. Collaboration with suppliers for continuous improvement. * Execute the wellness and events activities defined in the country’s annual plan, ensuring timely and accurate implementation and adherence to the established schedule. * Implement and monitor initiatives linked to the SMI Fans diagnostic related to working conditions, health, and wellness, ensuring compliance with action plans defined at both the corporate and departmental levels. * Conduct comprehensive follow-up on initiatives associated with physical conditions, health, and wellness, ensuring achievement of established objectives and engagement of participating departments. * Measure the impact of implemented activities using participation, satisfaction, and perceived impact indicators—including post-event surveys and participation versus target audience—preparing follow-up reports for the Talent Management Head. * Execute and control the country’s allocated wellness and events budget, validating quotations, managing expenses, and ensuring efficient and aligned use of resources. * Coordinate with internal and external suppliers for the execution of wellness-related activities and services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and collecting feedback from employees—especially plant-based staff—to propose continuous improvements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience as a Wellness, Culture, Climate, or Employee Experience Analyst, with active involvement in organizing and executing corporate events. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Canva; familiarity with Power BI and SAP as a user is desirable. * HR specialization and knowledge of the Employee Journey are desirable.
