Account Analyst - Collection and Accreditation

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage, analyze, and continuously improve collection and accreditation processes, ensuring efficient and excellent administration. Join our team and participate in the management, analysis, and continuous improvement of collection and accreditation processes, ensuring efficient contribution administration and operational excellence. MISSION Analyze and execute processes related to the administration of individual capitalization accounts, ensuring correct distribution/management of contributions, providing support for incident resolution, and contributing to service delivery meeting quality standards and current regulatory requirements. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Handle affiliate and employer requests and procedures within the timeframe established by regulations and/or internal policies. Implement regulatory or operational changes within the timeframe established by the regulatory authority. Update affiliate information and validations for registering information in systems. Execute action plans to improve information quality and ensure accurate database population. Prepare management reports and indicators for assigned processes. Propose improvements that contribute to achieving an efficient process. Execute assigned processes while ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory provisions, and operational controls defined in procedures. Perform assigned backup functions (temporary coverage). Digitize all procedures monthly for information preservation. Respond to requests and inquiries from internal clients (departments with which you interact). Requirements **Professional Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Desirable) **Knowledge:** * Generation of management reports (Indicator handling) * Creation of SQL queries to SQL databases (Desirable) * Private Pension System (Desirable) **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations areas within financial and/or pension sector companies.
