RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide administrative support to the Site Administrator for effective project administration. * Timely submission of SCTR and Life Law affiliation requests to the Central HR Department. * Register incoming personnel data in the time clock database for attendance tracking. * Maintain strict control over entry and exit of construction workers and project staff. * Timely management of personnel onboarding and offboarding for the project. * Daily monitoring of construction workers' activities and oversight of accurate daily work reports across all work teams. * Coordinate with the Project Technical Office and Production Department to properly manage control items according to work schedules. * Prepare work schedules for payroll processing (weekly for workers; biweekly and monthly for project staff) and report to the Central HR Department. * Deliver employment contracts, pay slips, and other labor documents to construction workers and project employees. * Manage and archive all documents related to site administration, both digitally and physically. * Support the Site Administrator in municipal, notarial, and other official procedures as required. * Collect, validate, and organize administrative documentation for both in-house personnel and subcontractors for submission during client project valuations. * Other duties inherent to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Full statutory benefits under the General Regime. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Work Risk Insurance (SCTR). * Life Law Insurance.
