Identification of sales opportunities and promotion of products **MDY Customer Experience**, a leading multinational BPO services company with over 28 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector and presence across Latin America, is currently seeking **New Talent** to join **our team**. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Provide customer service and advisory to Claro’s corporate segment clients, delivering a high-quality service experience. * Efficiently manage customer inquiries, requests, and requirements. * Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services, driving cross-selling aligned with customer needs. * Meet established quality, productivity, and sales performance indicators. * Accurately record information and actions taken in the relevant systems. What Are We Looking For? * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must have completed secondary education. * Availability to work onsite in Callao (near Miguel Grau Stadium). * Minimum 3 months of experience (formal or informal) in customer service, sales, or call center **(NOT EXCLUSIVE)**. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and willingness to learn.
