As an **Inventory Coordinator**, you will be tasked with ensuring inventory accuracy by executing cyclic and physical inventories, as well as dispatch audits to mitigate discrepancies. You must ensure merchandise traceability through system registration and serial number scanning, optimizing stock integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and lead cyclic and physical inventories, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records, and promptly managing discrepancies. * Manage inventory movements, status changes, and product traceability using WMS systems and data capture tools. * Control logistical assets such as containers, shrinkage, and SCRAP items, ensuring proper operational and administrative management. * Supervise receiving, storage, and logistical flow processes, optimizing resource utilization and procedural compliance. * Ensure shipments comply with quality standards and customer-defined timelines (SLAs). * Manage reverse logistics, returns, and value-added services (VAS) such as labeling, repackaging, and quality validation. * Comply with GMP regulations, safety standards, risk prevention protocols, and promote continuous improvement initiatives within operations. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution centers, retail, or logistics sectors. * Technical education in Logistics or related field (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills across organizational levels. * Proactive profile with strong work ethics, customer orientation, adaptability to change, and adherence to best practices.
