Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and supervise accounting, tax, and financial operations, as well as prepare financial statements and tax returns. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of tax returns and compliance with tax obligations We are looking for a professional to assume responsibility for managing and supervising the company's accounting, tax, and financial operations. **Required Profile** * Graduate or degree holder in **Accounting**. * Preferably **licensed and registered with the Professional Association**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar positions**. * Preferably residing in **Lima–Callao**, Ventanilla, or nearby areas. * Experience in general accounting and accounting operations management. * Knowledge of **accounting, tax, and labor regulations**. * Proficiency in tax return preparation, electronic accounting books, and accounting systems. * Strong organizational, analytical, responsible, leadership, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Record, supervise, and control the company's accounting operations. * Prepare and interpret **financial statements and accounting reports** to support management decision-making. * Manage the filing of **tax returns** and ensure compliance with tax obligations. * Perform bank reconciliations and supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Prepare financial reports and provide support on **accounting and tax matters**. * Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting documentation. * Propose improvements to optimize accounting and financial processes. **Benefits** * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards. * Daytime working hours. * Positive work environment.
