A leading company in the Automotive sector is currently seeking a **Warehouse Spare Parts Projects Manager** to lead the transformation and optimization of our distribution centers.
**Position Mission**
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of optimization, automation, and restructuring projects for the spare parts warehouse, ensuring maximum availability of critical inventory, reduction of obsolescence, and operational efficiency across supply and maintenance workflows.
**Main Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree and licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* **Specialization:** Postgraduate degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Project Management (PMP/Agile), or Lean Logistics is desirable.
* **Experience:** Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading logistics projects, spare parts/parts warehouse restructuring, or managing high-turnover, complex distribution centers.
* **Key Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in spare parts categorization and critical spare parts classification (ABC, VED, FSN).
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP modules MM/WM/EWM or Oracle) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
* Layout design, storage systems (racks, automation), and obsolescence/loss control.
* Project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, or Kanban) and data analysis (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement continuous improvement, automation, and space-efficiency projects for the spare parts warehouse.
* Optimize inventory record accuracy (Inventory Record Accuracy – IRA) through cycle counts and control methodologies.
* Reduce cycle times for receiving, putaway, and dispatching spare parts to maintenance departments or end customers.
* Establish and monitor key project KPIs (stock turnover, service level/fill rate, obsolescence level, and cost per movement).
* Coordinate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, and Information Technology (IT) for system and inventory integration.
Salary: S/.9,000.00 – S/.11,000.00 per month
