P MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR \| PUCUSANA PLANT PUCUSANA Code: SPM \- Pucusana Location: Pucusana Reports to: Maintenance Manager REQUIREMENTS: * Completed university degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * 1 year of experience executing maintenance processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; SAP; and data visualization tools and KPIs. * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Knowledge of: Maintenance Management, Production Processes, Quality Systems. Mandatory: * Minimum of 9 months in current position for vertical moves and 6 months in current position for horizontal moves. * Minimum performance evaluation score of 3 (100% aligned behavior) for vertical moves and score of 2 (behavior with opportunities) for horizontal moves in most recent evaluation. * No disciplinary sanctions recorded in SAP within the last year. * Attach your immediate supervisor’s approval (Mandatory) to your SSFF application. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, manage, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on packaging lines in accordance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies to ensure equipment reliability and availability during production. * Supervise and manage third-party personnel performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability on production lines and auxiliary equipment. * Develop the weekly staff rotation schedule to cover shifts for execution of scheduled tasks. * Ensure timely support to production lines to meet plant KPIs. * Supervise and ensure compliance with SIG guidelines in the assigned area to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, safety and occupational health, and food safety.
