We are currently seeking a committed, organized, and client-oriented professional to join our team as an **Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Consultant**. Main Responsibilities * Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001 standards, as well as applicable legal requirements. * Develop and update procedures, policies, matrices, forms, and other management system documentation. * Prepare IPERC (Identification of Hazards and Risk Assessment), environmental aspects and impacts matrices, and management indicators. * Coordinate internal audits, certification audits, and supplier qualification audits. * Coordinate training sessions, occupational and environmental monitoring, inspections, and other services provided by the company. * Provide technical advisory support and accompany clients throughout the implementation and maintenance of their management systems. * Manage the recording of audit observations and track corrective action plans. * Participate in client meetings and prepare progress reports. * Manage documentation required for supplier qualification processes. * Support the preparation of technical proposals and other projects assigned by Management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001 standards and current legal regulations. * Experience in developing IMS documentation. * Experience in managing audits and qualification processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. * Availability to visit clients as required. Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
