Position Summary: A leading metal-mechanical engineering company is seeking a Metal Structures Site Resident to ensure project scope and quality compliance, lead the technical team, and maintain commercial relationships. Foster and maintain commercial relationships with the client **COMEDSA Engineering and Construction SAC**, a prominent metal-mechanical engineering company, is seeking **01 METAL STRUCTURES SITE RESIDENT for a project located in Callao (Reference: Group 8\)\-B400,** who meets the following description: **Position Mission:** Ensure project scope and quality compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and design the work execution plan. * Plan and organize resources assigned to the project. * Monitor project progress against the established schedule. * Prepare client billings. * Produce daily and weekly progress reports. * Lead the site technical team. * Foster and maintain commercial relationships with the client and all parties involved in project execution. * Other responsibilities (Three Week, PPC, LA). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering **(Mandatory).** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Metal Structures projects **(Mandatory).** * Proficiency in Autocad, Project, Office, and BIM **(Mandatory).** * No criminal or police records (to be verified). * Residency in Callao or adjacent districts (no per diem provided). * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday, hours subject to project requirements** \- non-supervisory employee / results-oriented. * Performance bonus considered upon successful project completion.
