Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and customer service to supervise and manage the maintenance area and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet preventive and corrective maintenance management 2. Infrastructure and operating license administration 3. Technical support and vehicle control **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance—preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the maintenance system (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE AREA MANAGEMENT Supervise compliance by the maintenance area with maintenance and/or repair processes and timelines, ensuring vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Perform daily quality control checks on vehicle conditions in the yard. SUP 6\. PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT Record purchase orders. 7\. MINI-CASH FUND SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash fund documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update vehicle records in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident.
