We are experiencing continuous growth and seeking an **Operations Supervisor (Marcobre Mine)** who wishes to develop professionally and actively contribute to the operational success of our plant. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations at the mining unit, coordinating assigned personnel and ensuring efficient and safe execution of work plans. * Lead and manage mining work teams, optimizing the use of resources, machinery, and materials, and implementing operating procedures that guarantee productivity and compliance with safety standards. * Actively participate in plant shutdowns, special projects, and assigned activities across various mining operations. * Conduct on-site inspections of equipment and machinery used in mining operations, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance and promptly reporting any deviations that could affect operational continuity. * Implement and execute continuous improvement strategies in mining processes, aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational sustainability. * Maintain up-to-date operational and control documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and applicable regulatory requirements for the mining sector. * Other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * **Graduated, licensed, and authorized** in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work under a 14x7 / 11x9 schedule at Marcobre Mine. * Experience in industrial water treatment projects (desirable). * Knowledge of water treatment plants (desirable).
