Description

Position Summary: Responsible for performing zip file operations, maintaining updated records, transmitting customs documents in SOFTPAD, and ensuring transmission integrity while reporting any irregularities. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive management of zip file operations and updating of key records. 2. Accurate transmission of customs documents in the SOFTPAD system. 3. Communication and tracking of transmissions, alerting on irregularities. ✓ Performs zip file operations in advance based on proactive review of institutional email information from the corresponding department. ✓ Maintains the TRASLADOS TALMA\-SAASA\-SHOHIN 2026\ table up to date. ✓ Transmits IVA in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Transmits IRM in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Transmits cargo releases and departures in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Ensures that the total transmission is complete and accurate. ✓ Regularly reports transmission progress to departments requiring such updates. ✓ Maintains the Reporte de Transmisiones 2026\ table up to date, reporting any irregularities. ✓ Promptly reports any transmission issues, especially those potentially leading to financial penalties. ✓ Proactively reviews SUNAT email and electronic mailbox, checking for ACE (Extraordinary Control Action) notifications; immediately notifies if found. ✓ Prepares a handover note detailing progress on responsibilities to inform the next shift of pending tasks. ✓ Responds promptly and remains attentive to all communications via the WhatsApp application associated with the transmission number; answers incoming calls on this number and remains available to assist as requested. ✓ Takes care of electronic equipment and office supplies provided for performing duties. ✓ In case of remote work: Takes care of equipment, supplies, and materials provided for performing duties; maintains behavior oriented toward full compliance, with total responsibility and dedication to assigned tasks.
