Position Summary:
Human Resources Administration Analyst (Payroll) responsible for preparing, processing, and managing payroll and social benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll and social benefits administration
2. Administer employee contracts and support audits
3. Handle employee inquiries regarding payments and benefits
**Responsibilities:** Prepare payroll, manage bank-based disbursements, and generate monthly reports on income and deduction variances. Process and calculate severance payments, bonuses, Compensatory Time Savings (CTS), and profit-sharing distributions; manage corresponding payment methods (checks or bank transfers); prepare all related documentation; and coordinate delivery/distribution. Execute advance salary payments, vacation payments, loans, court-ordered payments, and economic subsidies to participants in training programs. Ensure SAP system contains up-to-date employee information. Coordinate timely payments to service providers such as insurance companies and SCTR. Maintain loan records granted to employees, issue tax withholding certificates for foreign personnel, and open/register accounts. Record and monitor vacations, prevent vacation period accumulation, and report directly to immediate supervisors for corrective action. Analyze payroll-related accounting accounts. Prepare monthly payroll provisions and cost center allocations. Prepare and file AFP contributions. Prepare and submit PDT Plame Form 601\. Administer employee contracts. Support payroll-related audits and/or inspections, as well as associated processes and tasks. Provide information and respond to employee inquiries regarding payments and social benefits. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics (Mandatory). Minimum 2–3 years of experience performing similar functions (Mandatory). Experience working in companies with payroll of at least 1,000 employees. Knowledge of payroll and social benefits calculations (Mandatory). Advanced-level Excel and SAP HCM proficiency.
