Coordinate follow-up meetings and track action items. **A leading company in the real estate and construction sector** is seeking a **Project Analyst**, responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress, consolidating strategic information, and preparing executive reports to support sound decision-making by management. Responsibilities * Consolidate and validate progress information from various departments involved in projects. * Prepare executive reports containing performance indicators, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and action plans. * Update and monitor project schedules, promptly alerting stakeholders to potential deviations. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with involved departments and track agreed-upon action items and commitments. * Maintain up-to-date project control dashboards in Excel and/or Power BI. * Identify risks and promptly inform management to facilitate timely decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in Project Management (PMI or equivalent). * CAPM or PMP certification (valid or in progress) is preferred. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience coordinating, monitoring, or controlling projects in the **real estate, construction, infrastructure, investment banking, or consulting** sectors. * Experience preparing executive reports for management. * Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate knowledge of MS Project. * Intermediate knowledge of financial KPI analysis. * Basic proficiency in Power BI.
