Customer support through various channels. **Purchasing and Sales Assistant** \| (Temporary position due to maternity leave) **Job Summary** You will be part of the team ensuring orders progress smoothly, materials arrive on time, and information flows correctly with customers and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in purchase management, including quotations, comparisons, and supplier follow-up. * Participate in evaluating options and making purchasing-related decisions. * Track customer orders. * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams. * Clearly communicate delivery timelines both internally and externally. * Provide customer support through various channels. **Requirements** * Graduated from Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Demonstrated strong interest in procurement, logistics, and customer service. * Good customer communication skills (clarity, follow-up, and situation handling). * Organization, responsibility, and sense of urgency \- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Clear and direct communication \- Excel at basic/intermediate level. * Prior experience using ERP systems or management platforms is desirable (preferred). * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
