QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST \| PUCUSANA PLANT
Location: Pucusana
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed university degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
* Two (2) years of experience in the Quality area.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel (Mandatory).
* Specialized technical knowledge of SGF standards, IFU methods, AIJN specifications, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC22000, and food sensory analysis.
* Experience in identifying, evaluating, and controlling significant food safety hazards in production processes (HACCP system, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
* Experience implementing Good Manufacturing Practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage quality and food safety at the plant based on procedures and the SIG policy to ensure quality and food safety of processes and products.
* Monitor microbiological analysis of raw materials and inputs (bottles, caps, etc.).
* Execute sampling of water, water treatment, syrups, cleaning and sanitation, environmental monitoring, finished products, materials, cafeteria, etc.
* Monitor the microbiological status of the water treatment system.
* Monitor microbiological status of simple and finished syrups.
* Monitor inert surfaces (luminometry, NBB, L&D), living surfaces (handwashing), and cafeteria microbiology.
* Perform daily microbiological monitoring of all formats of carbonated and non-carbonated finished products.
* Conduct sensory evaluation of source water, cleaning and sanitation water.
* Audit and represent the plant in quality and food safety audits to meet quality and food safety requirements at the plant.
