In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Manage QA/QC for metallurgical, chemical, and mineralogical laboratories. * Verify equipment calibration plans. * Participate in and/or schedule round-robin tests as part of quality assurance. * Accredit methods according to service requirements. * Actively participate in ISO standard certification. * Verify updates to templates and/or procedures. * Comply with organizational quality guidelines. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills at all levels, sense of urgency regarding results, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Solid knowledge of quality management systems. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality-related roles. * Minimum 1 year as a coordinator/responsible person/specialist in quality. * Bachelor's degree and professional license: Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in statistical software. * Experience in method validation. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership benefits. * 80% coverage of EPS health insurance premium.
