




Position Summary: We are seeking a Reservation Executive and Customer Service Representative to manage taxi reservations, coordinate services, and provide comprehensive support to customers, airlines, and corporate clients. Handling inquiries, incidents, and forgotten items. **Taxi Green** is looking for talent to fill the position of **RESERVATION EXECUTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**, with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in customer service, call centers, telesales, or similar positions. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Residency in areas near the Airport. (Mandatory) * Rotating shifts. * Full availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage taxi service reservations via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and internal systems. * Provide timely assistance and follow-up to general, corporate, and airline customers. * Coordinate and assign services to on-duty drivers according to daily operations. * Send driver information and reservation confirmation to passengers. * Continuously monitor scheduled services between drivers and passengers. * Handle inquiries, incidents, complaints, and escalate them to the appropriate department. * Manage requests related to forgotten items and provide immediate customer support. * Respond to corporate emails, airline communications, and general customer inquiries. * Accurately record reservation information in the system.
