At the Autonomous University of Ica (UAI), we are seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of: **SPORTS COORDINATOR** at our main campus in CHINCHA. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in one of the following fields: Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Administration, Industrial Engineering (or related disciplines) \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in: Management/Coordination/Organization of sports activities, championships, tournaments, and recreational events. \- Experience working with youth or educational communities. \- Experience in educational institutions (desirable) \- Availability to work in Chincha. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** \- Leadership and teamwork. \- Organizational and planning skills. \- Effective communication. \- Service orientation and commitment to student welfare. \- Proactivity and responsibility. \- Ability to coordinate with teachers, students, and service providers. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- **Plan, organize, and supervise** sports, recreational, and integration activities for the university community. \- **Develop and implement** the annual sports plan. \- **Organize** internal and external championships. \- **Promote student participation** in internal and external sports activities. \- **Prepare activity reports, outcome summaries, participation statistics**, as well as incident reports. \- **Foster sports partnerships** with public and private entities. \- Other coordination duties related to this area. **WE OFFER:** \- Competitive salary aligned with market standards.
