Ongoing training. **SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR** At **SGD Global Import**, we are looking for a person with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a desire for professional growth. We are a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience in importing and marketing products. We seek to hire a committed, responsible, and proactive individual who wishes to grow alongside our company. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service. * Providing product advice and closing sales. * Preparing quotations and following up with potential customers. * Accurately recording all sales in the system. * Collecting payments and issuing corresponding documents. * Supporting the organization of the commercial department and coordinating with administration. * Adhering to company-established procedures. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (mandatory) * Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting with people. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Honesty, responsibility, and punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. * Proactive individual with initiative and problem-solving capability. * Desire to learn and grow professionally. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Commissions based on achievement of sales targets. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. * Opportunities for internal career advancement. * Excellent working environment.
