We are currently seeking a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Administrative Secretary** to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Provide assistance and guidance to students and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels. * Support administrative and documentation management. * Organize and update student databases. * Coordinate administrative activities according to company requirements. * Assist with other duties assigned by management. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative tasks (preferred). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * Experience using Electronic Billing Systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity. * Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
