Position Summary: A reputable company is seeking a Service Manager to validate settlements, report projections, coordinate with clients, supervise progress, and ensure quality standards. Coordinate with clients and support departments to ensure project continuity **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** A reputable company is currently seeking a Service Manager. **Location: Callao** **Industry: Gas** **Responsibilities** * Validate settlements for completed services, ensuring accurate data representation and thereby avoiding cost overruns. * Report monthly service projections under your responsibility to the Planning and Control department, enabling management to make appropriate decisions. * Conduct regular meetings and coordination with client CALIDDA to address any needs arising during project execution. * Prepare service reports for your area using effectiveness and responsiveness indicators, ensuring optimal contract compliance without penalties. * Supervise daily progress and completion of work reported by technical staff, guaranteeing adherence to projected billing and commitments made to the client. * Lead and evaluate improvement opportunities and develop action plans to enhance quality, productivity, and safety in operations. * Review and approve purchase requests for materials, refills, equipment, and other operational necessities to ensure uninterrupted project execution without excessive costs. * Prepare reports related to monthly productivity-based bonuses for team members in your area, facilitating corresponding payments. * Coordinate with support departments (HR, Warehouse, IT, Legal, Procurement) to meet requirements emerging during project execution. * Verify that task assignments within your area are correctly registered in the system, ensuring timely control and tracking of operational activities. * Supervise and validate consolidation of time sheets for personnel and assigned units in your area, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing. * Supervise and validate consolidation of services performed by subcontracted companies, ensuring information conformity for corresponding payment processing. * Conduct on-site supervision visits to verify compliance with established quality, safety, productivity, and schedule standards for service execution. * Ensure achievement of your managerial process indicator for the SIG system, reporting at the defined measurement frequency to maintain ISO certification. * Perform other duties inherent to this position as assigned by your direct management, contributing to achievement of departmental and organizational objectives. **What We Are Looking For?** * 3 years of experience in similar service management roles. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** * Formal employment registration. * Job stability. * Career development path. * Training programs. * Corporate benefits. **We Are Waiting for You!** The applicant consents to and authorizes the use of their personal data disclosed in their CV, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733, solely for recruitment purposes.
