At BQM, a company specialized in strategic management, we are looking to hire a MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST or SPECIALIST to participate in planning, organization, process improvement, and control projects. This is an opportunity to join our consulting team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in **Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics**, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of **BI, Analytics, or AI applied to management** is desirable. * Interest in data analysis, strategic management, and consulting projects. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze corporate strategic diagnostics, identifying management improvement opportunities and risks. * Implement and monitor strategic plans aligned with business objectives. * Design and monitor management indicators (KPIs). * Develop, implement, and monitor internal processes and procedures. * Prepare and analyze financial reports. * Prepare management reports. * Lead client meetings for presenting results. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,800 \- 2,500 * Hybrid work mode (50% remote and 50% on-site).
