Select, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff An educational institution committed to the country’s development of entrepreneurs and leaders in the field of Cosmetology and Aesthetics is currently seeking a **Zonal Supervisor** for our branches located in **Los Olivos and Carabayllo:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in commercial and sales management (preferred) * 3 years of experience in the position **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and quality at assigned branches. * Supervise and evaluate teaching quality, ensuring compliance with educational standards. * Supervise and coordinate daily operations across the three branches, including personnel, material, and financial resource management. * Optimize processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement. * Manage budgets and control costs. * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, professionals, and companies in the sector. * Select, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. * Coordinate with support departments to fulfill operational requirements of the branches. * Ensure timely resolution of complaints, guaranteeing appropriate external customer service. * Submit reports to management after each branch visit. * Conduct work meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to gather improvement proposals or identify omissions of established procedures. * Build strategic alliances with public and private entities. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:15 am * Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 am \- 11:30 am * **Rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday** **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable * General Regime payroll * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Performance bonus * Mandatory Life Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position, and in which sectors have you worked? * Please provide your telephone number: * Please indicate your most recent salary received: * In which district do you reside?
