Design and implement entrepreneurship fairs. **PROFILE** Private Catholic Educational Institution No. 7707 Cristo Rey invites professionals committed to education and Christian values to apply for the position of Education for Work and Science and Technology teacher, to teach, accompany, and promote the holistic development of our secondary-level students. **Academic Qualifications** Professional degree in Education, with specialized academic training at the secondary level and in the curricular areas of Science and Technology and Education for Work. **Experience** Minimum of two (02\) years of teaching experience in the subject area within the classroom, of which at least one (01\) year must be in the virtual modality. **Personal and Professional Competencies** * Lives and promotes Christian values, with Jesus Christ as a model of life and service. * Demonstrates initiative, institutional commitment, and willingness to engage in collaborative work. * Proficient in digital tools applied to teaching and learning assessment. * Skilled in the Design Thinking methodology and implementation of entrepreneurship fairs. **Position Conditions** * Work schedule: Full-time * Availability to work at a parish-based educational institution located in Chorrillos **Specific Job Functions** * Plan, develop, and implement the annual curriculum, learning units, class sessions, and syllabi, aligned with the National Curriculum and the institution’s pedagogical model. * Design and develop pedagogical materials relevant to learning objectives and student characteristics. * Foster a classroom climate based on respect, closeness, and trust to support learning and positive coexistence. * Continuously support students’ learning processes to foster their holistic development. * Maintain open, respectful, and consistent communication with parents/guardians and the teaching staff.
