Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to prepare and control construction budgets, manage quotations, and provide support in structural design and unit price analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling and engineering software. 2. Participation in the preparation and control of construction budgets. 3. Development of structural designs and unit price analysis. Position Profile * Graduate in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge and experience in BIM modeling. * Proficiency in S10, technical drawing software, and structural design programs. * Solid knowledge of unit price analysis (UPA) preparation and analysis. * Experience in private-sector projects. Main Responsibilities * Participate in the preparation and control of construction budgets. * Manage quotations and prepare supplier comparison charts. * Prepare engineering plans and technical drawings. * Provide support in the development of structural designs. * Prepare unit price analyses and quantity take-offs. * Conduct evaluation and comparison of technical\-economic proposals for procurement processes.
