As a **Warehouse Leader**, you will be challenged to lead, motivate, and develop a team to ensure a safe working environment and achieve the company’s objectives and goals. This role is essential to ensuring team productivity, fostering a positive work environment, and guaranteeing quality and efficiency in all tasks performed. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the assigned team, ensuring efficient and timely completion of established tasks and objectives. * Provide guidance, ongoing support, and feedback to the team, driving their development and performance. * Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and team results. * Supervise daily operations, organize follow-up meetings, and monitor performance indicators. * Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments, resolving conflicts and managing workload efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, corporate policies, HSSE requirements, and alignment with company strategy and values. **What We Are Looking For** * Professional or technical education in Logistics Engineering, Logistics Technician, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, including at least 2 years leading or managing teams. * Proficiency in WMS or similar systems and Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate-level Excel skills. * Knowledge of logistics processes, operational planning, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making. * Leadership skills, effective communication, collaborative teamwork, team development, conflict management, and results orientation. * High adaptability, organizational ability, ethical thinking, continuous learning mindset, and alignment with corporate values and compliance standards. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
