As a Senior Enterprise Technology Consultant – SAP at Deloitte, you will engage in business transformation projects, taking responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that meet our clients’ requirements across one or more SAP modules. You will propose creative solutions rooted in industry best practices to enhance organizational processes—by understanding SAP’s solution capabilities and drivers—and align them with clients’ business and technical needs to develop an integrated action plan using proven methodologies and innovative approaches that better address client challenges. You will participate in all project lifecycle phases, prepare proposals by leveraging your ability to build a robust business case aligned with the client’s commercial agenda and strategic objectives, and apply intermediate-level SAP and functional knowledge to effectively execute standardized solution plans and approaches—including supporting requirement scope definition and technical solution design. What qualifications are required to apply? * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related engineering disciplines. * Experience: 3–6 years; desirable experience across various phases of SAP implementation projects as a functional consultant or technical implementer (minimum of three completed projects or two projects as a module lead). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with process flow diagramming tools, requirements management applications (e.g., user stories), service request and incident management tools, and functional SAP usage is preferred. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for technology.
