A microenterprise specializing in services for fishing and industrial vessels is seeking: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Responsibilities: * Verify proper filing of personnel documentation and maintain personnel files accurately and up-to-date. * Prepare overtime and extra hours information for payroll processing. * Proactively assist the supervisor with assigned tasks. * Calculate payroll payments and social benefits. * Provide general administrative support to the department as needed. Requirements: * Graduate or in the final cycles of Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Over 1 year of experience in Administrative Assistant or similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in Oquendo, Callao. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
