Preparation of reports, expense control, and performance indicator tracking At **DINOLANDIA SAC**, a company dedicated to family entertainment, we seek an Administrative Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our branches in Lima and provincial areas, ensuring appropriate operational and administrative coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track sales performance across various branches. * Manage and organize administrative documentation for all branches. * Coordinate and consolidate operational, administrative, and personnel-related information. * Provide support in payroll, attendance, contract, and personnel management processes. * Track payments and accounting obligations according to schedules established by the accounting department. * Prepare administrative reports, control expenses, and monitor key performance indicators. * Manage files, suppliers, supply requests, and internal requirements. * Provide direct support to management in organizing, controlling, and tracking documentation. * Maintain constant communication with branch administrators and various departments (operations, accounting, maintenance, etc.). * Support external procedures, procurement, external management, and logistical coordination. * Participate in branch supervision when necessary, including weekends and holidays. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in administrative functions. * Basic knowledge of payroll or human resources processes (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation handling capability. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and order in document management. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and accountability. * Responsible handling of confidential information. * Teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** * S/ 1,500 per month **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth and learning. * Internal benefits. * A positive work environment and teamwork.
