Position Summary: We are seeking a Finishes Architect to oversee and supervise the design, selection, and execution of finishes in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint. **FINISHES ARCHITECT – LURÍN** **A company dedicated to the construction sector** is seeking a **FINISHES ARCHITECT** to join our team. **POSITION MISSION** Responsible for controlling and monitoring **design, selection, and supervision of finishes** throughout the entire construction process until handover to the client. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review the architectural design of the project, verifying functionality, harmony, and aesthetics. * Perform layout, modular coordination, and templating of finishes. * Coordinate finishes with other disciplines involved in the project. * Select finishes according to project and client requirements. * Supervise the proper execution and installation of finishes. * Conduct 3D data collection and photorealistic renderings. * Detail construction processes for finishes. * Verify compliance and quality of materials upon delivery to site. * Keep architectural drawings and **AS\-BUILT** drawings up to date. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Licensed Architect.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.** * Experience in **building construction**. * Proficiency in **Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint**. * Advanced proficiency in Revit and SketchUp, as well as Navisworks, Rhino, Lumion, and design tools is desirable. **CORE COMPETENCIES** ✔ Leadership ✔ Proactivity ✔ Teamwork ✔ Client orientation ✔ Ability to work under pressure ✔ Adaptability to change Salary: Starting from S/.4,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
