This position offers a semi\-presential and flexible work modality, to be carried out anywhere in Lima and Callao. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Undergraduate student in the final cycle of Architecture or related field **Competencies:** * **Management by Objectives (MBO):** Ability to set and achieve goals. * **Critical Analysis:** Skill to assess situations and propose effective solutions. * **Assertive Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Conflict Resolution:** Ability to effectively confront and resolve conflicts. * **Adaptability:** Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and environments. * **Office Software Proficiency:** Advanced knowledge and skill in Windows environment and office software tools.
